I’m a mother of three, a newborn sleep specialist and the creator of the Asleep in 12 method: how to get your newborn sleeping 12 hours a night, in 12 weeks or less.

The Asleep-in-12 method may be one of the most transformative decisions you make for your postpartum experience.
It introduces your newborn to a safe and healthy day and night routine from day one so that they are sleeping 12 hours a night, in 12 weeks or less.
I give you a roadmap covering everything you need to know and do, step by step to get your newborn sleeping through the night. And yes it works for twins and triplets as well as it does for single bubs.
How to work with me
At the moment there are two ways to work with me: sign up for the Asleep in 12 online program launching February 2024 or one-to-one.
All of my one-to-one services begin with an online consult via zoom where we undertake a thorough assessment of your baby’s sleep foundations including the sleep environment, hospital-plan, hospital-to-home transition and of course your baby’s current sleep routine if you’ve already given birth.
